Rose Mountain Applications & Information

Rose Mountain Townhomes is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing project serving 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% Area Median Income (AMI). There are 34 total townhomes with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. The Archuleta County Housing Authority has developed these properties to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to our community. In exchange for rental payments, each resident is entitled to the exclusive use and enjoyment of an apartment, in a safe, peaceful, and private environment. 

The Archuleta County Housing Authority is excited to announce applications will be accepted beginning on May 18, 2021! All applicants must personally deliver their applications to 503 South 8th Street, and provide a valid driver’s license, their social security card, and their birth certificate. If this documentation is not provided, the application will be incomplete and therefore invalid.
