Rose Mountain Applications & Information
Rose Mountain Townhomes is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing project serving 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% Area Median Income (AMI). There are 34 total townhomes with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. The Archuleta County Housing Authority has developed these properties to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to our community. In exchange for rental payments, each resident is entitled to the exclusive use and enjoyment of an apartment, in a safe, peaceful, and private environment.

Please deliver completed applications to our Rose Mountain Townhomes Office located at 450 Hot Springs Boulevard Building A. In addition to the completed application, please provide copies of birth certificates, social security cards, and valid IDs for all household members.
