Grants & Funding

In February 2022, ACHA received an ARPA grant from Archuleta County in the amount of $321,050 for the purpose to fully renovate the interior of all units and upgrading the exterior grounds for the safety of our residents. The receipt of this grant kickstarted the much needed renovation process for our Casa de los Arcos property.

In November 2023, ACHA applied for and was awarded a $981,257 grant from the Department of Local Affairs Division of Housing to continue to fully renovate the Casa de los Arcos property. This grant was an amazing accomplishment for ACHA, its residents, and our community. After the receipt of this grant, ACHA wasted no time in putting those funds to good use.
