The Archuleta County Housing Authority (ACHA) is the owner and operator of Rose Mountain Townhomes and Casa de los Arcos.
ACHA has developed these properties to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to our community. In exchange for rental payments, each resident is entitled to the exclusive use and enjoyment of an apartment, in a safe, peaceful, and private environment. COMING SOON! Rose Mountain Townhomes will begin accepting applications on May 18, 2021. Rose Mountain Townhomes is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing project serving 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% Area Median Income (AMI). There are 34 total townhomes with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units.
